I’m a writer, originally from the Netherlands but I’ve lived in New Zealand off and on for most of this century so far. I have had a number of short stories published, including in New Zealand’s Takahe magazine. I have an MA in Screenwriting from the London Film School. While in London I had a staged reading of my short film script Thoughtless performed at BAFTA as a winner of the BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing Forum. I worked at a production company where one of my main tasks was reading the scripts that they were sent and writing reports on them. Since returning to New Zealand I have continued to write, and I am intrigued to explore the opportunity of bringing some of my writing into actual production locally. I am also happy to write on commission, and to proofread and provide notes, both of which I also have experience with.
